Abundant, rich, complex

An abundant, complex and rich aroma and flavor profile, with the natural warmth of ginger. Dilution balances everything out nicely, making this a strong alternative for cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

Absolutely must be on your radar

If you’re a fan of ginger, then this complex, layered bottle should definitely be on your radar. Ginger obviously dominates, but you’ll also discover lemongrass, citrus, bay leaf, star anise, marzipan and almond. Perfect as a spicy spritz, or purely as a morning shot instead of coffee.

For our stores we are always looking for the most unique products, made with love and where you can taste that too. Our customers are the connoisseurs of delicious products, and they wax lyrical about the delicious DZJiNG on sale in our store. DZJiNG can distinguish itself on every level of the market, it is definitely not just another ginger drink. TOP product.

Perfectly balanced

I’m going to be honest … my first thought was, “Not another non-alcoholic ginger concentrate. But … honestly? It surprised me. In addition to ginger, you taste lime and a secret blend of spices that make for a perfectly balanced, spicy flavor. That kick of ginger, the freshness of lime and that deep spiciness that reminds me of cloves – delicious. DZJiNG comes into its own in sophisticated recipes, with or without alcohol.

I use Dzjing quite often when I wish to bring out the true expression of ginger in my cocktails and mocktails. The fact that as bartenders we like to work with quality Belgian products further convinces us to serve this to our guests.

Year-round

Since our startup we have been working with DZJiNG for our mocktails and ginger tea. The DZJiNG tonic has become a classic on the menu but people also come back for the DZJiNG tea. Very fine and flavorful product that we can use all year round.

Customers enthusiastic

A day before our opening, Jeffrey walked into our kitchen with his DZJiNG ginger mixes. Maybe not the best timing but we always like to make time to discover something new. After tasting it, we were immediately sold. With DZJiNG, we add a subtle spicy touch to our non-alcoholic aperitif. And we also use it in the kitchen. Our customers are very enthusiastic about it.

My first introduction to DZJiNG was pure flavor and depth – a drink with a story you taste. We were there from the start, even use it in our disembodied breads. Top quality, versatile and a warm follow-up from the DZJiNG team. Sells like hot cakes. Highly recommended.
